No physical shipping unless you choose POD products or other creative daily products.

Yes. If the portrait does not match your pet’s features or personality, you may request TWICE free revision. Additional revisions may include a small fee depending on complexity.

Yes. All digital products purchased from Pawnexus include a commercial-use license, allowing you to use the images for:

Personal or business projects
However, please note:
You may not resell or redistribute the digital files themselves
You may not claim authorship of the original artwork

Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for downloadable items. However, if you experience a technical issue or receive a defective file, we will replace it free of charge.
POD products follow the manufacturer’s replacement policy for damaged or misprinted items.

Yes. Your photos are used only to generate your artwork. We do not sell or share your images with third parties. You may request deletion at any time.

Yes. We can generate portraits featuring two or more pets in the same artwork. Additional fees may apply depending on the number of pets.
